Raiders Don' t have a 2nd round pick at the moment and I guarantee 99% of this draft will be defense including first pick

Ron: I don't disagree. Please note, 7 of my top 10 picks are defensive players. 20 of the 32 first rounders are from the defensive side of the ball. With regard to the Raiders not having a 2nd round pick, my statement refers to the 1st round value of OL is greater than DT. This statement is used to support the Raiders picking OT at 4 overall. In my Mock 2.0, I will clarify this unintentional confusion. Who do you think the Raiders will pick?

"3 overall"! Blame it on the holiday season!

The Lions currently have the 4th or 5th pick in the draft...Its been that way for two weeks....have to give you failing grade with your draft because you dont have the draft order correct... Once corrected the Lions will take Jock...

Bills and Jets names of players are switched around on your draft to descriptions.

Uhh... check your facts. Glennon sat behind Russell Wilson until the NC State Coach Obrien was upset that Wilson was off playing baseball too, then made a power play to start Glennon and get rid of Wilson. Glennon is a joke, and throws picks like no ones business.

Glennon as the top pick is the fastest way for viewers to not take your mock seriously. And your professor skills are surely lacking when you state the Jags will bring in a college HC when Mularkey hasnt been fired and when you reference Chip Kelley as the next HC of the Browns when he went back to Oregon days ago. As a Titans fan its also frustrating when you assess team needs by only checking team stats & making assumptions of needs. Yes, our secondary gave up yards but our CBs are young but solid. Our safeties are putrid & the secondary gets no help from a paltry pass rush. At 10 we should mocked the best pass rusher available.

Don't know if you realize it or not, but you have the Vikings taking WR Keenan Allen at #21, and then you have New England taking the same player at #28. o_O

Ok, Anonymous. Kelly played me right along with the Browns. Lets agree to wait and see what the Jags do about their Head Coach? Now, with regards to the Titans pick, I assume you would pick Werner or Jordan? Both would make a reasonable pick. I happen to believe that Milliner translates into the pro game, and is a much better prospect than any of the DEs. Let me know who you would pick and why. Thanks.

OMG, our publisher should do a better job of proof reading. I changed the pick to Hunter. Personally, I think Hunter, if he checks out physically, has the highest upside.

Your Packer mock is insane! They already have FOUR good corners, all of them capable of starting. Their strongest position is CB. Why would they take a 5th corner, especially in the first round? Ludicrous. They need a 3/4DE (Jones?)-SS(Elam-Cyprien)-LT-ILB. NOT a CB.

wow, the 2 mocks i seen on this site are ridiculous hahahaha, first off cardinals would not/need to trade up to get e.j. manuel.... he may even fall to 2nd rd, if they trade up its to get either fisher or dion jordan, this site is a joke

Allow me to respond. To the Packer fan first - they will take the best player available (BPA). Great organizations take a long view. Injury and future contract/roster status verses market value, are factored in a 1st round selection. Also, needs are accounted for in later rounds.

Now to the Cardinals fan - Your team NEEDS a QB! If you don't move up, you will not get Manuel. The Raiders may draft E.J. at 3. The Eagles may select him at 4. Bruce knows he can get Glennon at 7, or wait for the leftovers in round 2.

Your statement on the Packers is flawed.Ted Thompson's will not take a TE, WR or RB in the 1st round. Not just because their needs are DE, NT, & Safety, but he doesn't like the value of those positions in the 1st rnd. Forget about Finley's contract after 2014, it's a non factor. Finley & Jones=3rd rnd, Jennings & Nelson=2nd rnd.In the 7 years Thompson has been GM, QB & Ol are the only offensive players he's ever drafted. They need length & talent @ DE, depth @ NT, a Nick Collins clone @ Safety. Pickett is 34, Worthy may not play untill the end of the season if at all, Wilson is barely average, Raji's best @ DE,Daniels is an undersized situational guy, and Jolly hasn't played in 3 years. Also a CB in the 1st would be a monumental waste, they already have talent, youth & depth. A late rnd pick only.
