DRUID 2013 NFL Mock Draft 5.0 / Free Agency

  1. Kansas City – Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M – “Goo goo g’joob”. Silly Walrus, Smith (Alex) is for kids.

  1. Buffalo - TRADE – Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia –The Bills release Fitzpatrick and jump up for Geno. The price is right! Less than the cost the Redskins paid to move up and select RG3. Smith has a strong arm and offers intangibles. It’s a good year to be reminding people of Kaepernick!

  1. Arizona – TRADE – E.J. Manuel, QB, Florida State – E.J. will “upside” into the job. Kolb will be released or restructured. Hoyer may hold down the fort until Bruce completes reconfiguring the offense.
  1. Philadelphia – DeMarus Milliner, CB, Alabama – The Eagles cut Nnamdi Asomugha. This year, Milliner is a top 5 pick.

  1. Detroit – Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State – The Lions are a pass rush away from the playoffs. The “Autobahn” will get a Chrysler commercial.

  1. Cleveland – Star Lotuelei, NT, Utah – If his heart checks out, the Browns luck out!
  1. Oakland – TRADE - Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan – Fisher will put the Black back in Sabbath. Put your tongue back in your mouth!
  1. Jacksonville - TRADE – Jarvis Jones, DE/OLB, Georgia – If the Jag’s weren’t going to select Smith, then credit management for making chicken salad out of a lack of elite talent at the top of the draft.
  1. N.Y. Jets – Dion Jordan, DE/OLB, Oregon – Speed off the edge is needed.

  1. Tennessee- Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma – “Yow” is a super freak.

  1. Miami – Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida – Hometown hype?

  1. Tampa Bay – Barkervious Mingo, DE/OLB, LSU – Precocious.

  1. Carolina –Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee – “The big nasty”.

  1. N.Y. Jets – TRADE - Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee – Jets move Revis.
